Hola!!!

For more than 15 years we have been fascinated by this beautiful island of LANZAROTE.

In 2024 we made our dream come true and bought CASA HAVN.

We want to show our guests Lanzarote, how we experience it.
This starts in our cozy house CASA HAVN, located close to the sea, between the pearly white beaches of Papagayo
and the modern little port of Rubicón in Playa Blanca.

We arrive in Casa Havn and now what?

Your host Steffi, the host of Casa Havn will provide you with further instructions.
She has lived on the island full time since 2017. She is of Belgian origin and speaks Spanish, Dutch, French, English and German.

From the moment of reservation until the moment of departure, she is available to our guests to make their vacation unforgettable.

She likes to give tips on what to do and see on the island. She is a satisfied person when her guests leave the island with a big smile and beautiful memories!

Is there a heated swimming pool?

Casa Havn has a private pool that is open during your stay.
It is heated, so you can enjoy a blissful dip in the water all year round!

Is there air conditioning?

It is important to us that you can fully enjoy your stay at Casa Havn, during all seasons of the year.
Air conditioning is provided in the living room and both bedrooms.
They provide cooling and heating.

How far is it to the nearest beach?

Playa Dorada Lanzarote is 1.9 km from Casa Havn and Mujeres beach is 2.2 km away.

Also be sure to visit the pearly white beaches of Papagayo Beach, this is just a few minutes drive from our vacation home or do a beautiful beach walk of +/- 30' with spectacular views!

Can I bring my pet with me?

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in Casa Havn.

Can I park?

You can park for free at Casa Havn.

Is public transportation provided?

Line 30 & Line 43 are a 2' walk from Casa Havn!

Line 30: Playa Blanca - Arrecife

Route: Connects Playa Blanca to the capital Arrecife, with stops in Puerto del Carmen and other key locations.

- Frequency: Approximately every 30 minutes.
- Travel time: Approximately 60-75 minutes to Arrecife.

 

Line 43: Local Service in Playa Blanca

Line 43 serves the local route within Playa Blanca, connecting several key points such as beaches, hotels and shopping areas.

Key Stops:
- Estación de Guaguas Playa Blanca (Bus Station)
- Playa Dorada
- Playa Flamingo
- Marina Rubicón
- Centro Comercial Papagayo
- Hotel Rubicón Palace
- Hotel H10 Timanfaya Palace

Timetable:
Frequency: Line 43 buses run regularly, usually every 30-60 minutes, depending on the time of day and day of the week.

Service times: From early morning to late evening.

Can I take a ferry from Playa Blanca?

For sure!
Several ferry boats leave for Fuerteventura at regular intervals.

A long time on the island? Be sure to explore another island, Fuerteventura, the beautiful island you can behold from Playa Blanca!

Are there restaurants/bars nearby?

Marina Rubicón is easily accessible and a 12' walk from Casa Havn.
If you follow the promenade to the east you will get there automatically.
You will also pass this port if you are on your way to Playa de las Coloradas or Castillo de las Coloradas.
Would you like to have a delicious meal with a beautiful view of Marina Rubicón?
Then go and eat at the different restaurants at the port. In many places you have a wonderful view of the port and the ocean!

Is there a supermarket nearby?

Besides the many restaurants in Rubicón, Playa Blanca also has all the conveniences you need for a relaxing stay.

The supermarkets near Casa Havn are very clean and offer a wide range of daily fresh products.

These supermarkets are within walking distance of your CASA HAVN, giving you easy access to everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Whether you want to have a full breakfast, cook for yourself or just stock up on snacks and drinks, you'll find it all within a short distance of your stay.

"Super nice, new and spacious house with all the amenities for a relaxing vacation.
The living room has a smart TV and there is even a TV in the third room.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself, so you don't always have to go to a restaurant.

In the morning you can have a blissful breakfast on the terrace or in the evening you can have an aperitif in the lounge corner.

The beach chairs are very comfortable thanks to the cushions and the large umbrella provides ample shade.
According to the owners, awnings will soon be installed to further increase comfort. The large 6 x 3 m pool is maintained weekly.

What struck us was how clean the house was and that everything is super new!
Also convenient is that everything is within walking distance, from restaurants, beach to supermarket.
It is nice that you do not always have to take the car and you can take a nice walk on the dike along the sea.

Normally we always go to hotels, but this was the first time we rented a house. We liked this so much because we had much more freedom.

We will definitely come back and recommend it to other guests as well! From us Casa Havn gets an 11/10!"
